Praveen is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),
Ethical Hacker (CEH), Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) and Fraud Examiner (CFE). He
has more than 15 years of experience and has spent most part of his career with Grant
Thornton, supporting clients to manage their process and cyber risk. Praveen believes in
providing simple effective solution-oriented value addition to the clients. Praveen has
consulted large listed companies, family business houses and privately held companies on
areas such as Cyber security, GDPR compliance, Data Privacy, Internal Audit, IFC, Enterprise
Risk Management and Audit Analytics. He specializes in the use of Data Analytics and Viz
techniques in connecting the dots, communicating stories, and invisible business insights.

Vaidy is a Chartered Accountant with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) &
Management (DIM). With over 23 years of rich experience in both industry and Top consulting
firms, he has worked in areas spanning across Audit & accounting (Indian GAAP, Ind-AS and
IFRS), Corporate Governance, IPO related requirements, Due diligence, Business Process Risk
consulting and Project management. He was instrumental in building an assurance practice at
Chennai, handled a team of over 40 people and was responsible for delivering services to
large listed multinational and Indian clients across various sectors like Power, Real
Estate, Water treatment, Port, Automobile, Telecom, IT/ITES, FMCG, Cement, Banks, Government
bodies, Logistics, etc.

Dinesh holds Masters in Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago specialized in
Intelligent Robotics and a Bachelors's in Technology. With over 15 years of experience, he
specializes in the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to
transform organizations to be data-driven, predict and fix potentially malicious issues,
stream data analytics, automate time-consuming operations, and train systems which can help
upscale operations. He is the technical brain behind the innovative products of Finstein.
Dinesh also leads the largest AI and Angular meetup groups in Chennai.
Lakshman Raghavan

Lakshman Raghavan, a Chartered and Cost Accountant has a rich blend of experience for over a
couple of decades in both industry and consulting. His experience includes both from
auditors’ and management’s point of view in Finance, Audit, and Accounts for several listed/
unlisted companies in the manufacturing and service sectors. His experience with consulting
firms include building assurance practice in new territories for large firms and delivering
services to large multinational clients across various sectors like Telecom, IT/ITES,
Cement, Electronics, Automobile, Logistics, and Power.
